Guangdong’s foreign affairs office describes the pavilion’s 1934 construction and the surrounding radial street pattern with arcaded buildings. It also identifies the Shantou Qiaopi Museum. A district walk and entry to a museum are different activities, even when both appear in one destination introduction.
